Afrobeats’ young ambassador, Rima took to his Twitter to express his displeasure with the constant comparisons in the music industry.

Already known to occasionally hop on the Twitter app and cause a stir, Rema has come out again, addressing the comparisons by saying; “Sometimes the comparison is pretty shameful to watch when you look at the age difference.
Rima also spoke about the mob mentality in the scene saying “The mob mentality affected the albums. Uga go listen La Day Ask Me I guess”. The singer scored a hat-trick with a third and final tweet about the state of the nation with the statement; “The way our country goes, make them give me just the record label.”
While it is unclear what context or scenario Rima was talking about, the singer made it clear that he is willing to do an African tour properly with his African fans. This rant also follows on the heels of Rema’s “Calm Down” entering the top ten on the Official UK Chart.
