Nigerian Generation Z has sent out a statement about its ability to dominate the scene as Mavin Records’ “Won Da Mo” and Ruger’s “Asiwaju” are topping the country’s music charts.

Mavin Record’s “Won Da Mo” featuring Rema, Crayon, Magixx, Bayanni, Boy Spyce, LadiPoe, Ayra Starr, and Johnny Drille is currently at number one on Apple Music’s Top 100 Nigeria Chart while Ruger’s “Asiwaju” comes right after. . This makes it evident that the future of the Nigerian music scene is in good hands with young acts falling within the Generation Z demographic.
“Won Da Mo” is the Mavin Record lead single from the upcoming Mavin All Star album which will showcase the record label’s current works. It was released on the 9th of November while Roger “Asiwaju” was on the 14th of November with his “Red Flags”.
But currently on the Spotify charts, Mavin Record is at No. 2 in the Nigerian Top 50, after Wizkid’s Ayra Starr’s “2 Sugar” featured the featured act its fourth number-one song in the country.
