The promoters of the Ghanaian Wizkid show which was scheduled to take place at the 40,000 capacity stadium issued a statement regarding his non-attendance. Read the statement here.
Promoters of Wizkid’s Ghana flagship show “Wizkid Live” released a statement after the star failed to show up for the show.
According to the promoters, Live Hub who stated that concert-goers would be refunded their ticket fees, Wizkid was in breach of his contract.

The 40,000 Ghana Stadium concert on December 10th featured Wizkid as the main act with singers Efya, Darkovibes, Gyakie and more as supporting acts.
Prior to the organizers’ statement, a fan eyewitness report reported a stand-up situation where party-goers waited 12 hours until 4:30 AM and 5 AM for Wizkid to appear.
