A showrunner at Brixton 02 Academy in Asake has died after suffering stab wounds in the stampede at the venue.
One of Asake’s 02 Brixton Academy showrunners has died after complications sustained in the stampede that occurred at the venue.

According to Metropolitan Police and BBC reports, the deceased, a 33-year-old woman named Rebecca Icomelo from Newham East London, was among the injured and died in hospital on Saturday morning.
At the moment, two women, aged 21 and 23, remain in hospital in critical condition. Four parade-goers were initially reported to be in critical condition after the stampede that occurred on the final day of Asake’s third day at a capacity of 5,000.
