The second victim, Gabrielle Hutchinson, died after the stampede at the (Academy 02) venue for the Asake concert in the UK.
The second victim passed away as Gabrielle Hutchinson, who was a security officer at the place (Academy 02) where Asake’s Mr.
It was revealed that Gabrielle Hutchinson, who was 23 years old, had passed away in the early hours of Monday 19 December 2022, according to Sky News.
Metropolitan Police Chief Colin Wingrove also said:
“It is horrific news that another person lost his life following the events of Thursday. I want to express my heartfelt condolences to the Gabriel family at this unimaginably difficult time.”
The police also appealed to the general public to provide any information they may have. Police said:
“In the event of the commotion, a number of people were seriously injured and required medical attention.
The police appeal to everyone who attended the place to provide valuable information.”
It was also revealed that some officers in the police force are under investigation after reports emerged of them pushing people at the event.
Met Gold Police Chief Adi Adelekan revealed that:
These officers know they must be held accountable for their actions.”
