
P-Square half Peter Okoye has taken to his social media platform to speak out ahead of the 2023 general elections in Nigeria.
One half of the multi-award winning group, P-Square, Peter Okoye responded in a post on his social platform earlier today, Saturday, January 14, 2022, to artists who have performed in political campaigns ahead of the general election.
The singer criticized people who had called them out to show their support for Labor presidential candidate Peter Obi.
He said:
Dear @employee Cool fans! Thanks for the love and support over the years and to you pple PDAPC! Elections will come and go! And we will all move forward! Remember, our music today has transcended Nigeria and Africa! So stop making empty threats at our so-called job!
The singer, who performed successfully in Senegal, also added that the band has fans from all over the world. he added:
