Singer-songwriter and performer Rima has been recorded by Maven and Jonzing, and they’ve joined big names like Wizkid, Davido, Burna Boy, and CK to make it happen in the US. Rima with his hit song ‘Calm Down’ earned his first RIAA platinum certification after selling more than 1 million units of the hit song in the US alone barely a year after its release on February 10th, 2022.

The singer has now joined the top acts that have sold more than 1 million units of a single in the US alone. The first hit song was certified Gold on November 30, 2022 after selling over 500,000 digital units in the US before achieving its platinum certification two months later on February 2, 2023.
Rema also has the most watched afrobeats music video on YouTube in “Calm Down” which is from his debut album “Rave & Roses”.
