According to numerous reports, rapper Drake was called and asked to sit in on his testimony regarding the XXXTentacion murder.
Following the recent development in the murder of rapper XXXTentacion, Grammy Award-winning rapper Drake has been summoned to court after the rapper was accused of his involvement in the murder of XXXTentacion in 2018.
According to Rolling Stone, one of the suspects in the case alleged that Drake was involved in the rapper’s death after cannibalizing them at the time of his death.

Rolling Stone revealed:
Drake faces a court order to either sit for testimony or appear in court in connection with the ongoing XXXTentacion murder trial.
Prosecutors have never alleged that Drake (real name Aubrey Graham) was involved in the death of XXXTentacion. Instead, they argued, XXX (real name Jahseh Onfroy) was killed in June 2018 during a robbery outside a motorcycle shop that quickly escalated into violence. The theory that Graham is somehow connected to Onfroy’s death comes from Mauricio Padilla, the defense attorney for one of the three suspects, Diederick Williams. (Williams, along with Michael Boatwright and Trayvon Newsom, pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder.)
Padilla inserted Graham, and his alleged feud with Onfroy, into his case as a possible alternative theory for the murder.
The document stated that Drake must appear for deposition on Friday, February 24, 2023, and if he does not appear after that, he will be ordered to appear in court on Monday, February 27, 2023.
