
Park Jimin joined other members of the popular group BTS to debut on the charts in Nigeria with his new song.
Another member of BTS’s biggest boy band, Park Jimin, debuted on the charts for Nigeria with his new debut single “Set Me Free pt 2” which was from his upcoming album ‘Face’ set to be released on March 24, 2023.
Jimin made his official solo debut on the Spotify Top Songs Nigeria chart at number 80 with over 10,000 streams, and debuted on the daily Top Artists chart as well.
The hit song also debuted on Youtube Top Trending Songs for Nigeria at number 18 barely 24 hours after its release.
“Set me Free pt 2”, released in the early hours of Friday, March 17, 2023, officially debuted on the daily Spotify World Top Songs chart at number 6 with over 4.8 million streams; It also scored more than 15 million views on YouTube on the first day of its release.
Set Me Free pt 2 also peaked at number one on iTunes in over 110 countries, Nigeria, the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan and Canada.
ARMYs’ anticipation for Jimin’s debut album “Face” is at its peak as fans continue to prove their support for the seven members in the new chapters of their careers. Jimin has now joined other RM members with his debut album Indigo, J-Hope with his debut album JITB and the stellar single “On The Streets” featuring J Cole and Jung kook with “World Cup Dreamers”. And Jin with his solo album “The Astronaut” to officially chart on Nigeria with their solo projects.
