Starboy actor and owner, Wizkid, once held the record for the highest charting Nigerian song on the Billboard Hot 100 after his hit tune Essence, which featured Nigerian singer Ace tims and a Canadian pop star Justin Beiberpeaked at number nine on the chart.
In an update of events, the official Twitter account announced on the Billboard chart on March 21, 2023, that 22-year-old Rima had broken Wizkid’s record on a chart dated March 25, 2023.
