Rima became the first female artist in history to top the official chart for the Middle East and North Africa region. The Middle East and North Africa Chart is the world’s first regional streaming chart, presented by the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) on November 29, 2022 for the countries of the Middle East and North Africa.
“Calm Down” topped the charts for more than two months and made Rima the third female artist after Wizkid and Femi Kuti to be featured in the Guinness Book of World Records.
The hit song “Calm Down” is also the most charting Nigerian song on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Rima has big plans for his fans in 2023 by releasing a super version of his debut album ‘Rave & Roses’ to announce his iconic 02 Arena concert scheduled for November 2023 to also be a party Secret to the masses.
