Rima responded to one of his many accomplishments which is his entry into the Guinness Book of Records with the song “Calm Down”.
The talented singer and instrumentalist Divine Ikubor aka Rema took to his social media platform today, Friday, May 19, 2023, to talk about his Guinness World Record for being the first song to debut in the MENA (Middle East) region. and North Africa) graph by IFPI.
With over 1 billion streams, his hit song Calm Down became the first song to top the music streaming charts in the MENA region. The figures for the MENA chart were obtained from digital streaming platforms such as Apple Music, Spotify, etc. which are available in 13 countries in the MENA region.
Rima was excited about this achievement and took to his social media platform to share a short message that read:
