Ace Afrobeat Music Seon Coty He has spoken of being released from police custody after being arrested for assaulting a police officer.
The Grammy-nominated singer was arrested on Monday, May 15, 2023, for assaulting a police officer on a third bridge on the mainland in Lagos.
Son was charged with assaulting a police officer, a crime in violation of Article 356 of the Penal Code, and although the singer was released on bail on May 16, 2023, after Judge Adeola Olatonboson ordered the police to complete their investigation within 48 hours, he was not released until today, May 23. 2023.

The singer took to Instagram the same day he was released, thanking his wife, family, friends, and legal team for standing by him through the saga. He went on to drop a mysterious acronym, which he asked his fans to decipher. he wrote:
