Most young Nigerians are of the opinion that entertainers should not attend the inauguration.
Nigerians on Twitter are currently attacking a large number of Nigerian artists including Fireboy, Asake, Wande Coaland many more, for her performance at the inauguration of Nigerian President-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
In preparation for the inauguration of the President-elect on May 29, a concert themed “Renewed Hope” was organized in honor of the APC flag bearer, as more than forty Nigerian artists took to the stage to impress the audience at the MKO Abiola National Stadium, Abuja.
The event, which took place on May 25, 2023, witnessed famous stars such as Asake, Fireboy, Timaya, Naira Marley, BNXN (Buju), Waje, Brymo, KCee, Seyi VibezAnd Ice Princeand another group featuring Paula Ahmed Tinubu.

With a court case regarding the credibility of the election declaring Tinubu still playing the role of president-elect, none of the Twitter users have expressed their opinion regarding the decisions of the prominent musicians performing at the concert.
While one faction of the public saw nothing wrong with the artists’ performances, a large number of others lashed out at the artists for attending the event.

Kcee’s performance at Tinubu’s inauguration comes as no surprise, proving to be anything but a sell-out with no manners after he and his brother hosted MC Oluomo. Asake, Fireboy, and Wande Coal, as well as the others who performed, should also be ashamed of themselves; Money is not everything.

Why are people crying because of the artists who performed at Tinubu’s inauguration.
90% of you guys would accept a date from Tinubu.
Let people do what they like. I know the Court and the Supreme Court will favor Tinubu.
Nigeria is long gone.
