Burna Boy leads the list of nominees for the BET Awards 2023 along with some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry like Drake, Lizzo, 21 Savage, and many more.
African giant himself, Burna Boy, was the most nominated African artist of the BET Awards 2023. The Nigerian singer earned a total of four award nominations behind international stars like Drake, who was the most nominated artist of the night with seven; 21 Savage and Lizzo each received five nominations.
Tems has received a total of three nominations, with Wizkid winning one nomination alongside Asake and Ayra Starr.
The BET Awards, which celebrate black excellence in the entertainment industry, will take place on June 26, 2023 at 1am CST.
