Omah Lay peaks at number one on the music chart

Omah Lay peaked at #1 on Nigeria’s Top Songs chart with one of his latest songs from his deluxe edition Boy Alone.

Omah Lay’s ‘Reason’, a new single from the deluxe version of his debut album Boy Alone, took No. 1 from Asake on Nigeria’s daily Apple Music Top Songs chart. “Reason”, which was released along with the deluxe version of “Boy Alone” on June 15th, 2023, became the number one song in the country for the first time since its release.

This isn’t the first time Omah Lay has reached #1 on the chart as a viral single from the same album either, “Soso” peaked at #1 when the album was released. Omha Lay captured the heart of fans with this project; Many feel that it is on its way to becoming one of the biggest projects of 2023 as the movie “Boy Alone” itself, which was released in 2022, was ranked as one of the best projects of that year.
